Shikha graduated from University of Indianapolis with Masters in Health Science. Prior to her Masters she worked in an Outpatient setup and for the past three years she has been working in skilled nursing facility.
She is proficient in treating adolescent, adult and geriatric population with primary focus on maximizing quality of life, decreasing pain and restoring function. Shikha focuses on designing better programs that connect therapy to functional & meaningful goals and evidence based treatment.
She has worked extensively on helping patients overcome muscle and joint dysfunction resulting from wear and tear, accidents, disability and ageing. The success she has had so far stems from the passion she inherently possesses to assist her patients in achieving optimum overall physical fitness aided by holistic patient centered approach.
In her spare time, Shikha enjoys hiking, reading, kickboxing and cooking.
