Our History

Shannon, Steve, Chris & Janet Albanese

Barbara Albanese taught her boys that helping others is a rewarding and noble way to live life. Chris and Steve Albanese took those lessons to heart and built careers in physical therapy.  When they saw how patients were treated at the clinics where they worked as young therapists, they knew they could find a better way.

They started with one small clinic in Montgomery NY, and have grown their practice over the years to more than 35 locations on the East Coast.

Introductory Meeting with Business Development

We know what you do and we may even have an idea how you do it… Speak with our head of Business Development to tell us the WHY. We’re hear to listen and offer a solutions.

Confidentiality and Building Trust

Making the decision to seek assistance with your practice is one we take very seriously. We’ll send you a confidentiality agreement before or after our first conversation to ensure you’re practice information and trade secrets are protected.

In Person/Virtual Meetings and Due Diligence

Depending on your location, we may speak face to face or, speak vitrually. If both partiers decide there are synergies worth exploring, we will exchange due diligence. This is all of the key information needed to put a value on your practice and evaluate the partnership.

Communication

Throghout the M&A process, we will maintain constant communication with our potential partners. It is essential to the process to build rapport and get comfortable enough to discuss financials and everything you’ve built to this point.

Fair and Equitable Value

When it comes to the valuation, we bring a great deal of experience on deal structure and what works well for both parties. But, we encourage utilizing professional counsel on financial and legal matters and we exercise transparency throughout the process
