Leadership Development Program

For over 10 years, ACCESS PT’s Leadership Development Program has provided staff the unique opportunity to learn from the co-founders of one of the fastest growing physical therapy companies of the past 20 years.

Course goals include helping staff better understand themselves while learning new leadership skills, as well as identifying potential future leaders within ACCESS PT. Participants work closely with their peers while focusing on becoming more effective leaders, enhancing skills, and learning how to incorporate the ACCESS PT values into their role as they continue to help others move better, feel better, and live better!

Continuing Education

Access PT values growth and learning and encourages our team to advance their skills whenever possible. Access sponsors 3 courses onsite each year that full-time therapists are eligible to attend for free. These are identified in the fall of each year, for the upcoming year. Courses are selected by leadership, based on input from staff. The company provides the opportunity for our clinical team to earn additional continuing education credits by contributing up to $1,000 annual towards courses of their choice.

Access Pearls of Wisdom

This annual program beginning each fall is available to all new team members. The CEO, experienced therapists and our leadership team present a series of 10 workshops on a variety of topics selected to enhance both clinical and professional skills.

Benefits We Offer

We offer a self-funded health insurance plan for full time employees working a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week. Employees are eligible to participate in the health insurance plan on the first of the month following a thirty (30) day waiting period. Employees will be responsible for a portion of the premiums based on the plan they choose, through pre-taxed payroll contributions. Coverage information.

We offer supplemental Vision and Dental Insurance through Guardian for full time employees.

We offer supplemental short term, long term, accident and critical illness insurance through UNUM for full time employees.

  • Accrued, 3 weeks per year, an additional week on your 5th year.
  • 6 Holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
  • Employees working 30-39 hours per week will receive pro-rated benefit time.

We offer a 401(k) plan with a company match up to 3%.

One-time bonus at the completion of your 5th year of service equal to 3% of your last year’s salary.

Employee discounts available through Verizon, Working Advantage, and Employee Wellness Programs.

We reimburse full time employees for 50% of their APTA membership dues.
